• Ensure that the changing rooms within our Spa and Leisure facility are clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas within the Spa.
• Manage used towels and robes by removing, washing, and drying them.

Contract: Full Time
Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities

Hours between 6.00am and 11.00pm [flexible patterns available]. Includes weekend rotations.

Within this role, you will be adaptable to our guest needs and will enjoy a variety of tasks, putting our guests' experience first.

Some responsibilities include:

• Ensure that the changing rooms within our Spa and Leisure facility are clean, presentable, and free of used items.
• Ensure all poolside areas are clean, presentable, free of obstruction, and inviting for relaxation.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas within the Spa and Leisure facility.
• Use industrial cleaning machinery to deep clean and maintain standards during closing hours.
• Manage used towels and robes by removing, washing, and drying them in a timely manner in the laundry room.
• Maintain effective stock levels of towels and robes at the spa reception.
• Work according to allocated checklists and support the Spa and Leisure team with general requests as necessary.
• Uphold high levels of security and communication between management, colleagues, and guests.
