Job description

Reporting to the Spa Director, you will work under limited guidance and be responsible for providing cleaning and attendant services for the changing rooms, treatment rooms, thermal sequencing, and gym and pool areas. You will support the spa therapists and reception team, acting as a constant presence for our guests and members; assisting them with their needs and requests.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a passion for outstanding guest service, a positive attitude, and effective communication skills. You will be quick, efficient, and pay close attention to the smallest details.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience within a luxury service environment and an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be immaculately presented, with authentic yet impeccable customer service skills, and the ability to engage effectively with our guests will be one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce; however, you will be required to have good written and spoken English skills and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
