Job summary

Sopwell House is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain the highest cleanliness standards across Spa, Pool, and Fitness areas. You will greet guests warmly, replenish items, and ensure safety and smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have experience in cleaning or housekeeping, good English communication, and a friendly, team-oriented approach. Shifts run from early morning to late evening, reflecting the hotel’s 6:00 am–10:30 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar role.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
• Approachable and friendly manner – you enjoy helping guests and creating a welcoming environment.
• True team player attitude, supporting and uplifting those around you.
• Ability to work flexibly, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 10:30 pm.
• Strong multi-tasking skills – stay calm and organised when busy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across Spa, Pool, and Fitness areas.
• Regularly check and replenish towels, amenities, and refreshments in guest areas.
• Ensure pool and spa facilities are operating safely.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, offering assistance and directions as needed.
• Monitor guest activity to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the facility is ready for guests each day.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.
