About the Role:

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our luxury Spa team.

As a Spa Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a serene and immaculate environment for our guests. Your focus will be maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the spa’s locker rooms, fitness area, and recreational spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a truly five-star experience.

What You’ll Do:

1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker rooms, workout areas, and spa facilities
2. Ensure spa amenities are well-stocked, fresh, and beautifully presented
3. Provide support to Spa Therapists and Receptionists where needed
4. Anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
5. Ensure all areas are maintained in line with Four Seasons standards of excellence

What you bring:

1. Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail
2. Previous hospitality or customer service experience
3. Good level of written and spoken English
4. Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills

Schedule and hours:

We operate on a rotating shift schedule. Full availability is required, including weekends. Shift patterns are:

1. 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2. 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
3. 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
