The NHS Grampian Radiology Department is seeking a PA/Management Secretary for the busy Radiology Department at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This role requires strong PA and secretarial skills along with experience in a multi-disciplinary hospital environment. NHS Grampian Radiology Department is delighted to advertise for a PA/Management Secretary. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious PA to work in the busy Radiology Department based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
We are seeking an experienced individual to provide PA, secretarial, and administrative support to the Radiology Management Team. The successful candidate will require strong secretarial and PA skills, with experience in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary hospital setting. A good standard of education, including English, or equivalent experience, is essential. Candidates should be strong team players, possess excellent communication skills, and have an approachable manner, as this role involves acting as the main contact for the team.
