NHS Grampian Radiology Department is delighted to be in a position to advertise for a PA/Management Secretary. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious PA to work in the busy Radiology Department based in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill this interesting and varied role, providing PA, secretarial and administrative support to the Radiology Management Team.
The successful applicant will require strong secretarial and PA skills and have experience working in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary hospital setting. Candidates should also have a good standard of education including English, equivalent experience and be a strong team player. As this post will act as the main point of contact for the Radiology Management Team, candidates should also have strong communication skills and have an approachable manner.
