Job summary

Simpson Judge in Birmingham is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join its corporate team. The role offers exposure to high-quality transactional work, including M&A, joint ventures, and governance matters, with a hybrid working model and flexible hours.

You will handle end-to-end transactions, draft and negotiate contracts, and support senior partners while developing relationships with UK and international clients. A clear progression path is provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in corporate law including M&A transactions.
• Experience handling mid-sized to large transactions end-to-end is preferred.
• Strong drafting and advisory skills; client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A and restructures.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and corporate documents.
• Manage own caseload and support senior partners on complex deals.
• Build client relationships with UK and international businesses.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the corporate team.
