The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking a Regional Partnership Manager for the South West to lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive regional performance.

The role requires strong relationship management with Multi-Academy Trusts and schools, and regular travel across the South West to ensure delivery of outstanding service. You will guide Partnership Executives, resourcing and compliance staff, shape regional strategy with senior leadership, and partner with Sales to grow existing and new client

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience within the education recruitment sector.
• Proven track record of leading recruitment professionals.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
