Job summary

Toolstation is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a 30-store South West region. You’ll drive commercial performance, sharpen trading propositions and ensure outstanding service while growing the customer base.

You’ll champion talent development, implement succession plans, and collaborate across the business to deliver long-term growth. You’ll inspire teams, manage change and relentlessly focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• You know the ins and outs of managing in a multi-site retail environment for at least 3 years, including employment law, P&L, stock control and recruitment.
• Proven ability to grow sales and performance across a regional span.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer retention and growth while focusing on opportunities and the bottom line.
• Lead store processes, ensure compliance, reporting and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach teams to build talent, with PDPs and succession planning for future leaders.
• Inspire and motivate staff to achieve outstanding regional performance.
