Job summary

Holroyd Howe invites a committed Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Woldingham School, delivering daily meals and events. You will support the Head Chef, lead a team, and ensure high standards and allergen controls are maintained in a busy school kitchen.

Ideally you bring experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in contract catering, with a passion for fresh seasonal food and strong teamwork. The role offers career development within a leading school caterer.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Woldingham School. Woldingham is set within a 700-acre estate in Woldingham, just south of London and a short distance from Woldingham Station You'll support food preparation, help maintain high standards, and play a vital role in the delivery of daily meals and special events.,

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service
• Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met
• Contribute to innovative menu planning
• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth, timely service
• Support events and functions alongside school life
