You’ll be an ambitious Senior CDP or rising Sous Chef with energy and drive, expected to learn the group’s systems and grow into a Head Chef position within 6–12 months as new sites open.

Job Title: Sous Chef (Ambitious / Next-Step Chef)

Location: Wells. Somerset

Salary: £36,000 + £5,000 Service Charge (£41,000 OTE)

Working Pattern: 4-Day Work Week (3 Full Days Off Every Week)

We’re recruiting for a brilliant, high-performing 2 Rosette venue in Wedmore where the Exec Chef actively builds pipeline talent—in fact, their last ready Sous was just promoted, leaving a prime slot open.

With two new property openings happening in the next 6 months, this group needs fresh talent on the way up who want to train hard, master the site, and take on their own kitchen when the next site doors open.

(Note: This role is specifically designed for an upwardly mobile chef looking to grow - it will not suit an experienced Head Chef looking to step down).
