Requirements:

• Passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards.
• Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to recognize and celebrate team successes and individual needs.
