The role |

As a sous chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching on the go
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
