Join our dedicated catering team in Staines where you’ll craft exceptional dishes using the finest and freshest ingredients. What You’ll Do:
  • Provide support with hospitality and events
  • Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus
  • Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
  • Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met
  • Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance
What You’ll Bring:
  • Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Hospitality and Coffee shop
  • Working in a team of 9 with 2 direct reports. Up to 10-300 customers on site
  • Proven experience at Sous Chef level, demonstrating culinary expertise and leadership
  • Experience in hospitality and events
  • A passion for innovation, creating remarkable dishes that leave a lasting impression
  • Strong teamwork skills, fostering collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff
  • Adaptability to thrive in high-pressure situations and a fast‑paced environment
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the culinary world and a drive to continually improve
