Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a passionate Sous Chef for the new Level 1 Restaurant at St Mary’s Stadium, home of Southampton FC. You will lead the kitchen, work with Head Chef, and deliver a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced seven-day operation.

The role offers full-time hours, a salary up to £34,000 depending on experience, and structured training to support your professional growth within an inclusive team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous ready to step up.
• Confident leading a team with excellent communication and organisation.
• Able to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Support Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team, especially in Head Chef's absence.
• Oversee prep, service and workflow to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage ordering, stock control and waste to hit cost targets.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and H&S compliance.
