Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience working in a fast-paced environment?

Having recently become part of the St Austell Brewery managed estate, there’s never been a better time to join our kitchen team and help elevate our food offering.

Set right on the water’s edge with breathtaking views of St Michael’s Mount, The Godolphin is a beloved pub where guests come to eat, drink, sleep, and unwind regardless of the weather. If you’re passionate about great food and eager to be part of an exciting new chapter, we’d love to hear from you!

Join our talented kitchen team and work alongside passionate individuals, using locally sourced produce to provide high-quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring procedures are followed and dish specifications are precisely met. You will also help adapt our menu to meet the needs of our business and guests, leveraging the flexibility of our menu writing processes.
