Job Opportunity: Sous Chef at The Old Custom House

The Old Custom House enjoys a prime position on Padstow’s South Quay. It stands as one of the town’s historic stone buildings and is lively as both a community pub and a popular spot for tourists, featuring comfortable sea view rooms.

Located in Cornwall’s foodie capital, a serene area ideal for water activities, exploring the estuary, and navigating the surrounding coastline.

Role Overview

Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team, working alongside passionate colleagues using locally sourced produce to deliver high-quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring proper procedures are followed, and dish specifications are precisely met. You will also help adapt our menu to meet the needs of our business and guests.
