Harvester - Running Horse in Maidstone is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and step up in the Head Chef's absence. A passion for great food, training people, and delivering smiles to guests is essential.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
