Kitchen Manager - The Freeman, Bridlington - Cookhouse + Pub

Salary: £38,000 - £41,250 (Depending on Experience)

Reporting to the General Manager, our Kitchen Managers play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the General Manager in recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new Kitchen team members.
2. Demonstrating leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
3. Managing stock control and food margins.
4. Managing NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits to a high standard.
5. Delivering to brand standards and specifications.
6. Driving high performance through development and regular one-to-ones.
7. Maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Showing passion for the brand and ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
