In this role, you'll support the Head Chef, lead and engage the kitchen team, and ensure the kitchen operates effectively and safely. Candidate Requirements:

• Current or aspiring Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager
• Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills
• Proactive work ethic, leadership, and high standards
• Relentless drive and positive attitude
• Knowledge of KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety management
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Experience with rota scheduling, sales and labour forecasting, recruitment, and HR
• Proven ability to train and recruit kitchen staff including apprentices and junior chefs
