Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff and managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality across all dishes.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety practices in accordance with health regulations.
  • Help with menu planning, including developing new recipes and specials to enhance the dining experience.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Participate in food production, ensuring timely delivery of meals during service hours.

Requirements
