Marston’s in Oswestry is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in during shifts and ensuring high-quality dishes are produced to the pass consistently.

You will help manage all kitchen aspects, run the line during service, develop the team and uphold our high standards of food and service. Marston’s offers opportunities for progression and a supportive, lively pub environment.

Qualificações

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
