Job summary

Warner Hotels Group at Heythrop Park is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and maintain branded dining standards. You will oversee service, mentor junior chefs and ensure compliance with food safety and quality controls.

In this role you will manage stock, forecast against occupancy, and control costs to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional guest experiences within a branded environment.

What will I be doing?
