We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our lovely team in London.

Salary

£38,750 per annum

Working Pattern

40 hours per week, between Monday- Sunday, 7am - 3:30pm

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • To support the head chef in running the kitchen
  • Oversee daily operations when head chef is absent
  • Supervise and train the Commis chef
  • Maintain food quality and standards
    Our ideal Sous Chef will:
    • Ideally come from contract catering background
    • Be flexible and approachable
    • Possess the ability to work under pressure
    • Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
    • Passionate about great-tasting food
    • Attention to detail, time management
