Job summary

BM Caterers in White City is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support our kitchen operation and lead by example. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £45,000 per year plus paid overtime.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food, develop the team, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to menu planning and daily kitchen organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role with ongoing development and opportunities to advance within
