About the Role

As a Sous Chef at Destination Inns, part of the McMullen Family, you will:

  • Help create a relaxed country dining experience with a classic British menu and daily specials
  • Support the Head Chef in kitchen operations
  • Deliver the food concept to company standards and exceed guest expectations
  • Manage food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and wastage control
  • Train and develop the kitchen team
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
