Role Overview: Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you will be central to our kitchen operations, ensuring each dish reflects our high standards and showcases fresh, quality ingredients. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help maintain excellence across all kitchen areas, bringing skill and creativity to your work.

Your responsibilities include managing a talented team, contributing to menu development and costing, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm under pressure and meeting deadlines efficiently. Your interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships within the team, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Additional operational duties involve stock control, ordering from suppliers, and overseeing kitchen cleanliness. In the Head Chef’s absence, you will manage the team and daily operations confidently.
