Mitchells & Butlers plc, operating The Fountain - Harvester in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Sous Chef who loves great food, trains teams and delivers smiles to guests. You’ll run a section and lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring cohesion and consistency.

The opportunity includes onsite accommodation, flexible shifts, and substantial staff discounts across brands. You’ll oversee ordering, prep, stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at the Fountain - Harvester, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
