MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef for the Fountain - Harvester in Milton Keynes. You will lead a kitchen section, train and motivate your team, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a kitchen team and managing chefs.
• Experience in stock control, food ordering and maintaining health and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and train staff.
• Available for full-time shifts and flexible scheduling.
