Toby Carvery at Stafferton Lodge in Maidenhead is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training teams. You will run a section, lead in the Head Chef's absence, and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
