Job summary

Toby Carvery Hoole Village, Chester, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, train staff and maintain exceptional guest service. You will step in for the Head Chef when needed, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure all meals align with our branded menu.

• Kitchen leadership experience.
• Ability to train and inspire a team.
• Strong understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section of the kitchen and ensure the team works together as one.
• Step up to lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain quality standards.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
