Wilson Vale is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Chef Manager in delivering modern world cuisine with local produce. The role supports breakfast and hospitality services, catering for around 180 people daily, and ensures smooth kitchen operation with health and COSHH compliance.

You will lead the brigade, oversee daily operation, keep brand standards, and drive training and development for the team, while ensuring fresh, seasonal and globally inspired dishes.
