EGO - Copperfield in Gravesend is seeking a talented Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training teams. You’ll run a kitchen section, lead your team and step in for the Head Chef when needed, delivering consistency and quality across the menu inspired by Mediterranean flavors.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and maintain service flow.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
