Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Ego - Copperfield is hiring a Sous Chef who can lead a busy kitchen, run a section, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence. You’ll drive teamwork, train staff, and deliver food to be proud of.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory kitchen role.
• Ability to lead and train a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience working with branded menus.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
