• Experience in leading a kitchen section when Head Chef is absent

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control
• Master the branded menu and uphold brand standards
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations
