Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior CDP.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes.
• Assist Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.
• Manage a branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Oversee hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Smash targets with your team and drive performance.
• Provide leadership in Head Chef's absence.
