Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle recruit a Sous Chef for a luxury care home in Reigate. You will be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring every dish is nutritious and restaurant quality, while guiding Chef de Partie and Commis Chef and helping develop the menu.

With 5 years in a kitchen and an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food Hygiene or Catering Services, you will bring supervisory experience and COSHH awareness to a calm, efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a kitchen and an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food Hygiene or Catering Services.
• Supervisory experience and COSHH awareness.

Responsibilities

• Second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring every meal is nutritious and restaurant quality.
• Manage and develop the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef.
• Assist the Head Chef to regularly review and develop the menu.
