The Lister Arms is seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team. In this role you will support the Head Chef, manage a section and help deliver high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with effective kitchen management.
• Produce high-standard of food from scratch for all menus.
• Manage a kitchen section cooking from fresh ingredients.
• Eliminate wasteful or unprofitable practices.
• Ensure food safety standards are adhered to.
• Control the order and storage of food supplies.
• Support delivery of financial targets.
