Urban Leisure Group is a collective of eight venues across London. We seek an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team, assisting the Head Chef and leading a kitchen team to deliver quality dishes across our vibrant neighbourhood venues.

• We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a healthy business and to nurture and develop the kitchen team.
• Support in all aspects of day-to-day running of the kitchen and work with your team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services while maintaining quality and consistency of all dishes.
