Job summary

THE PIG at Bridge Place in Canterbury is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will assist the Head Chef, manage one of the four sections, and help develop inspiring menus while upholding health and safety, ordering and rotas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.
• Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential.
• Passion for modern British food and sustainability.
