Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef for Ego - Dore Sheffield. You will run a section, lead the kitchen team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Sheffield (S17 3AB) with a focus on delivering great food and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll train and motivate your team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with branded menus and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
