The Rock Point in Lyme Regis, part of St Austell Brewery, is seeking a versatile Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team.

Work alongside the Head Chef using locally sourced produce to deliver high-quality dishes; you'll help lead the kitchen, ensure procedures, and adapt menus for the business and guests. We offer training, discounts, a meal during shifts, and flexible working. This full-time role is based on site at the harbour venue.
