The Role |

As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent knowledge of cuisine, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Supports and trains team members to help them excel and maintains high standards
• Manages the kitchen line, plans shifts, and coaches the team
• Supports food safety, health, and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Celebrates team success and recognizes individual drives and needs
