This Sous Chef role is for one of the most prestigious hotels near Ilkeston with numerous awards. It offers a great opportunity for a Sous Chef who loves to lead and guide a team. You will work under a supportive Head Chef who will guide and develop you, providing valuable learning experiences.

The shift pattern includes a couple of 10am – 6pm shifts followed by 3 late shifts starting between 11am and 2pm.
