We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a highly regarded banqueting and events venue in Churchdown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants work-life balance with seasonal flexibility.

What’s on Offer?

• £35K-£38K + tronc
• Flexible hours– busy wedding season but relaxed winters with 4-day weeks finishing at midday
• Early starts, early finishes– structured shifts for better work-life balance
• Summer schedule:
  • Midweek: 7 AM - 2 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM
  • Sunday & Monday off

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in banqueting & large-scale events
• Ability to drive– you’ll be responsible for the kitchen van
