Job description

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Sous Chef to join our award - winning team at GAIA in Mayfair. Step into one of London's most prestigious kitchens and support the delivery of exceptional quality and authentic Greek-Mediterranean flavors at our renowned luxury dining destination.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a high-end, standalone restaurant, preferably with a focus on Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
Currently residing in the UK with full legal right to work.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's high standards.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of menus.
Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes, maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
