Role Purpose:

• Assist in delivering contemporary British fine dining led by Chef Kerth Gumbs
• Salary: £45K - £48K per annum, depending on experience

Fenchurch is a contemporary dining destination on level 37 of the Walkie-Talkie, offering stunning London views, elevated menus, a vibrant atmosphere, and warm, approachable hospitality.

Calling all talented Sous Chefs in fine dining and elevated cuisine! Join our dynamic team, assisting the Head Chef in managing a fast-paced kitchen. As leader of our 18-strong brigade, you'll mentor and inspire talented chefs, setting high standards and serving as a role model.
