The role |

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Supports and develops team members, maintaining high standards
• Manages the kitchen line, plans shifts, and coaches the team
• Supports food safety, health and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
