Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to lead by example in our bustling kitchen. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, running the line during service and ensuring top-quality dishes are prepared for every pass.

You’ll support the Head Chef, develop the kitchen team, and uphold the highest standards of food and service while working within our award-winning pub group and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Responsibilities
