What You’ll Need:

1. Support the Head Chef: When the Head Chef’s off-duty, you’ll take the reins and run the kitchen. Ensure every dish is cooked to perfection, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and health standards. Manage food safety and keep the team motivated and focused.
2. People Skills: Lead by example—recruit, onboard, develop, inspire, and motivate the team to perform their best.
3. Food Excellence: Every dish is your masterpiece. We aim for perfection in every burger—nothing less than 10/10.
4. Operational Skills: Troubleshoot issues, manage food wait times, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient operations.
5. Stock Management: Keep track of ingredients, sauces, and buns. Know what’s in the walk-in and manage supplies effectively.
6. People Development: Provide constructive feedback, recognize achievements, and push team members to excel.
7. Proactive Attitude: Thrive under pressure, stay calm, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
